OUR STORY

Europa Concerts is the touring company of veteran concert promoter and talent manager Mike Jones.

In a career spanning decades and continents, Mike has presented ticketed events at some of the world's foremost concert venues. These include Sydney Opera House, the O2 Arena, Amsterdam's Ziggo Dome, Dubai Opera and the Royal Albert Hall. See "Past Events" for a year-by-year history.

Alongside traditional concert touring, Mike is a highly experienced venue developer and programmer. Beginning in the late 2000s, he built and programmed an estate of UK venues that grew to 13 sites by the late 2010s. These ranged from clubs, theatres and warehouses to fixed outdoor arenas.

Europa Concerts continues to provide consultancy and booking services to a select group of UK venue operators, most recently the Depot Group in Wales. Now a permanent and well-loved fixture of the UK 2,000-capacity touring circuit, the venue has recently hosted CMAT, Killswitch Engage and McFly.

We are also proud to represent some of the UK's best-loved entertainment talent, including James B Partridge - "Britain's favourite school teacher." With sold-out tours across the UK and Ireland, James has featured on BBC Two's Songs of Praise, Virgin Radio, Glastonbury Festival and Download.

A family-run, independent business based in Wiltshire, Europa Concerts draws on a lifetime of high-level touring expertise and deep industry contacts. We pair a broad creative skill set with practical strategies built for today's market.

Our analytical approach to data management lets us build tailored campaigns that cross borders and connect with audiences worldwide. We take a hands-on role across talent management, creative production, merchandising, campaign and brand planning, ticketing and post-event analysis. This ensures our clients benefit from the latest thinking and technology in the industry.

We are backed by a network of international partners who provide financial and logistical support as projects require. This lets us maintain a specialist core team that can adapt, scale and collaborate quickly in fast-moving markets.

GET IN TOUCH

  • There are only two official sources for Europa Concerts tickets: this website - via the Tickets page or the individual tour box office pages - and the local venue's own box office. We do not sell, or authorise the sale of, tickets through secondary retail sites or online marketplaces.

  • Sign up to the Tickets mailing list on our home page HERE. Pre-sale access is shared with subscribers ahead of general release.

  • This varies by event and venue. As a general rule, both indoor and outdoor ticketed venues prohibit customers from bringing their own food and drink, and a growing number of venues are becoming smoke-free in 2026. We recommend checking the information and guidance issued by the local venue before you travel. If you can't find what you need, please contact us HERE.

  • Please contact your point of purchase in the first instance, quoting any booking reference or other identifying details you have. In most cases this will be the venue box office or SEE Tickets, our official box office partner. For SEE Tickets customer service, please click HERE.

  • Please contact the box office of the venue hosting the event. All accessibility and carer queries for our events are handled locally by the venue.

  • Europa Concerts operates a free carer ticket policy across all presented events, at every venue - there is no charge for these tickets. Please note that in some venues the number of accessible or carer spaces may be limited by building layout or accessibility provision. Contact the venue's local box office for details.

  • Most of the time, yes. The exceptions are standing events, and seated events where our box office has sold out or otherwise exhausted its seated allocation. If you're unable to select a seat for a seated concert on this website, please consult the local venue's box office.

  • Please use the contact form HERE, selecting the Promoter department, and be sure to include accurate contact details. We can't guarantee a response to every enquiry, but if your production is of interest, we'll be in touch.
