OUR STORY
Europa Concerts is the touring business of Promoter and Talent Manager Mike Jones.
In a career that has crossed decades and continents, Mike has presented musical artists, World Championship boxing, comedy, interactive exhibitions, brand activations, outdoor festivals, and theatrical and dance productions at some of the world's foremost concert venues.
These include the Sydney Opera House, London O2 Arena, Amsterdam Ziggo Dome, Dublin 3Arena, Dubai Opera, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, and the Royal Albert Hall.
In addition to traditional concert touring, Mike is also a highly experienced venue developer and programmer. Beginning in the late '00s, Mike established and programmed an estate of UK venues that by the late 2010s had grown to over a dozen sites – ranging from clubs, theatres and halls to fixed outdoor arenas.
Europa Concerts continues to offer consultancy and booking services to a select number of UK venue operators to this day, most recently the DEPOT group in Wales. Now a permanent and well-loved fixture of the live touring circuit, our flagship DEPOT venue in the Welsh capital has hosted CMAT, Killswitch Engage, Kingfishr, Marina and McFly in recent months.
We are proud also to represent some of the UK's best-loved entertainment talent, including nationwide singing sensation and 'Britain's Favourite School Teacher' James B Partridge, with sold-out tours across the UK & Ireland, he's had his own TV special on BBC's Songs of Praise, media features on Virgin Radio, BBC Radio 2 and ITV News, and live festival performances including Bestival, Glastonbury and even Download Festival, the UK's home of heavy metal!
Our analytical, data-led approach is paired with decades of experience across our team. This allows us to create innovative, tailored campaigns that extend beyond borders, connecting with audiences worldwide. We take a hands-on approach to talent management, creative production, merchandising, campaign and brand planning, ticketing and post-event data analysis, ensuring our clients benefit from the latest cutting-edge technologies and ideas from across the globe.
Europa Concerts is fortunate to have major backing from a selection of international contemporaries, providing financial and logistical support as new projects require. This allows us to retain a specialist core team that is able to quickly adapt, expand and collaborate in ever-changing markets worldwide.

This can vary depending on what you are seeing and where you are seeing it. As a general rule, both indoor and outdoor ticketed entry venues will always prohibit customers bringing their own food and drink into an event with them, and an increasing number of venues are becoming smoke-free in 2026. We advise that you always check the information and guidance supplied by the relevant venue before attending an event. If you are still struggling to find what you need, please contact us HERE.
-
Please contact your point of purchase in the first instance, quoting any booking reference number or other identifying information that you can access. Usually your point of purchase will be the venue box office or SEEtickets, our official box office partner. For information on how to contact SEEtickets customer service, please click HERE.
-
Please contact the box office of the venue the event is taking place at - all accessibility and carer queries for our events are operated via venues independently.
-
Europa Concerts operate a free carer ticket policy to all of their presented events in all venues - there is no fee payable for these tickets.
In some venues, the number of accessible or carer tickets may be limited owing to building layout or central accessibility, please contact the venue's own box office for further information.
-
Most of the time, yes! The exceptions to this are all-standing events or events where Europa Concerts’ own box office seated tickets have already sold out.
If you are unable to select your own seat for a seated concert on this website, please consult the box office of the venue that the event is taking place at.
